Anna Pakosz (b. 1991) approaches her work through embodied experience, deeply engaging with the present moment. She works intuitively, guided by impulses for colour and shape while maintaining an ongoing dialogue with the evolving piece. Drawing is central to her practice, serving as a tool for grounding herself in the present.

Her work reflects the interplay between internal exploration and the energies of her environment. Having recently moved to London to pursue an MA in Fine Art at City & Guilds, her practice has absorbed the aesthetic elements of the urban landscape. Its chaotic rhythms resonate with her own layered, fragmented process, allowing themes of identity, place, and freedom to emerge organically.
